Schnoodle is originated from United States but Africanis is originated from South Africa. Schnoodle may grow 6 cm / 3 inches higher than Africanis. Both Schnoodle and Africanis are of same weight. Schnoodle may live 3 years more than Africanis. Both Schnoodle and Africanis has almost same litter size. Schnoodle requires Moderate maintenance. But Africanis requires Low maintenance
The Schnoodle was developed in the 1980s. It is believed the dog originates from the USA. This was when it was discovered that breeding the poodle with other dogs produced excellent mixes.
The idea with the Schnoodle was to develop a low-shedding dog. The Schnoodle is a mix between a Schnauzer and a Poodle,but because both the Poodle ad Schnauzer have different sizes, there is no knowing what size the Schnoodle will be.
Major kennels don’t recognize the Schnoodle as a breed.

They are very good with other animals too, but they need proper socialization. Africanis requires daily exercise so if you keep your dog in the apartment it should have few daily walks. Africanis can live in the apartments though.

Africanis puppy should eat more times per day than an adult dog. 3-5 meals per day of quality dry food are good measure to feed your puppy Africanis.
Since Africanis has short hair they are very easy to groom and care. Few brushes on a weekly basis with occasional bathing would be more than enough to have a clean and healthy dog.
